Mabel Palmer Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was created in memory of Mabel Palmer a beloved first grade teacher at Groveton Elementary School for many years.  Miss Palmer was known and famous for her ghost and mice stories. She was a graduate from GHS Class of 1917.  After retirement, Miss Palmer lived in Groveton with family on Brooklyn Street.
